tradition of our mountain range in northeast Bavaria.
You can enjoy professionally prepared wild herbs dishes of our Fichtelgebirge as a

The Fichtelgebirge offers many sources of supply for fine venison of roe and red deer
and wild boar. These high-quality foods can be obtained at the shop of the forest
management Fichtelberg of the Bavarian State Forestry all year round. They also
offer two cookbooks „Wildes Kochen“ (cooking venison) and „Wildes Grillen” (venison
barbecue), which can also be ordered there.
